Why did my switch order fail?

There are a few reasons why your switch may fail. Check here:

  1. Your mutual fund units are in a Demat account. Funds in a Demat account cannot be switched.

  2. Your investment amount is less than the minimum amount required to make a new investment in the direct fund.

  3. If your funds are in the lock-in period, you won’t be able to switch your funds.
