Why wasn't my external SIP imported automatically?

External SIPs are managed by other platforms and don't sync automatically with Groww. Because of this, you can't directly import or track them on Groww.

Here's what you can do:
  • Cancel Your Existing SIP: Cancel the SIP with the platform or bank where it was originally set up.  
  • Start a New SIP on Groww: After canceling the old SIP, you can set up a new one for the same mutual fund directly on Groww. This allows you to manage and track it easily through the Groww app.
Note: Before canceling your old SIP, check for any conditions or charges, as some platforms may have exit loads or fees for cancellation.
