External SIPs are managed by other platforms and mandates, which do not sync automatically with Groww. Because of this, importing or tracking external SIPs directly on Groww is not possible.
What you can do:
- Cancel your existing SIP: You can cancel your external SIP with the platform or bank where it was set up.
- Start a new SIP on Groww: After canceling the old SIP, you can start a new SIP for the same mutual fund on Groww, allowing you to manage and track it directly through the Groww app.
Note: Be sure to check any conditions or charges related to canceling your old SIP before proceeding.
