Why am I not receiving emails from CAMS/KFin Technologies ?

Please note:

1. The mail from CAMS/ KFin Technologies can take up to 1 working day

2. These emails are sent to the email ID entered on CAMS/ KFin Technologies to generate your Consolidated Account Statement (CAS)

3. You will receive emails from the following IDs only:

    CAMS: [email protected]

    KFin Technologies: [email protected]

4. Your CAS received from CAMS/ KFin Technologies will be in pdf format

If your issue persists, we recommend that you place a track request again. Please note that sometimes, it can take up to 1 working day to receive your CAS from CAMS & KFin Technologies.
