If you enter the wrong details while generating your CAS (Consolidated Account Statement), your tracking request might not work properly. Here's how to fix it:
Cancel and Retry:
- Delete your email ID from the tracking list.
- Re-import your external funds using the correct details:
- Statement Type: 'Detailed'
- Period: 'Specific Period', from 01-Jan-1990 to Present Date
- Folio Listing: 'With Zero Balance Folio'
- Email ID: Use the one linked to your investments
- Password: Your PAN number in CAPITAL LETTERS
