What happens if I enter the wrong details to generate my CAS on CAMS/KFin Technologies?

If you enter the wrong details while generating your CAS (Consolidated Account Statement), your tracking request might not work properly. Here's how to fix it:

Cancel and Retry:
  1. Delete your email ID from the tracking list.
  2. Re-import your external funds using the correct details:
    1. Statement Type: 'Detailed'
    2. Period: 'Specific Period', from 01-Jan-1990 to Present Date
    3. Folio Listing: 'With Zero Balance Folio'
    4. Email ID: Use the one linked to your investments
    5. Password: Your PAN number in CAPITAL LETTERS
Note: Make sure all details are accurate for successful tracking.
