1. Statement Type: "Detailed"

2. Period: "Specific Date", from 01-Jan-1990 to Present Date

3. Folio Listing: "With Zero Balance Folio"

4. Email ID: The one that is linked to your investments 

5. Password: Your PAN number in CAPS 

After submitting the above details, you will receive an email from CAMS ([email protected]) with your CAS in pdf format. Click below to IMPORT.
