As per the SEBI circular dated 04 Oct 2021, the amount from all purchases for Mutual Funds should originate only from the user's bank accounts and reach the exchange directly. This would mean that users cannot use any available amount in Groww Balance to pay for any Mutual Fund order. So, even if there is a sufficient amount in your Groww balance, it cannot be used for paying for your SIP installments. We highly recommend you to set up Autopay to avoid any issues related to payments for your installments. However, identifying and paying for the SIP installment is now very easy. In case you have a SIP installment for which payment is not done yet, you can go to your dashboard and view such orders in the Pending SIP payments section.
