If they support physical autopay mandates, download, sign and upload the AutoPay form in the "Bank and Autopay mandate" section.
If they don't support physical autopay mandates, please add another bank that supports the autopay.
2. Incorrect Details: You might have entered incorrect information on the Autopay creation page (such as Net Banking or Debit Card details).
3. Service Downtime: The service might be down temporarily. Please try again later.
4. Rejection: Your bank might have rejected the autopay. Please contact your bank to understand the reason for the rejection.
