You can still set up AutoPay via one-time mandate (OTM). Follow these steps to generate an OTM:

 

1. Click on ‘Bank and Autopay’

2. On the Bank Account Details page, click on the account for which you want to set up AutoPay.

3. Click on ‘SETUP AUTOPAY’.

4. Click on ‘Click here’ next to ‘Don’t have net banking/debit card?’

5. Click on ‘SIGN FORM’.

 

Then, download the AutoPay form, print it, sign above your name, and upload the same by clicking on ‘UPLOAD SIGNED FORM’. It can take up to 4 weeks for the OTM to get approval from your bank. Once approved, your next SIP installments will be auto-debited
