Make sure you have checked all the folders in your email if the OTP is received on any one of them, including spam folder.

There might be some issue with the email service provider due to which the OTP is not getting delivered to your email id at the moment. Please try again after some time.

If the email id does not belong to you anymore you can place an update request to our support team.
