My credit score does not exist. Why is that?

There could be a number of causes for the absence of Credit score. In order to have a credit score, you must first have used a credit product (credit card, loan, or line of credit). It's also possible that you've used a credit product, but there hasn't been any action on it in over 36 months, making it too old to make a proper assessment. Mismatched data or contact details could be still another factor. To fix this, you can ask the bureau a question.
